Palak sought support for his electoral symbol Boat to ensure peace, development and security
The State Minister for Posts and Telecommunications and Information and Communication Technology Zunaid Ahmed Palak expressed his hope to win with his election symbol boat once again for ensuring peace, development and security. He expressed such optimism after being allocated the symbol boat from the Deputy Commissioner and Returning Officer of Natore on Monday (December 18) afternoon.
Zunaid Ahmed Palak, in an immediate response to the allotment of the symbol while talking to the journalists, said, "We, who are workers of Awami League, soldiers of Bangabandhu, strive all our lives to get the electoral symbol boat. By the grace of Almighty Allah, our beloved leader Sheikh Hasina gave me the boat symbol along with her blessings and good wishes of 5 lakh people, 3 lakh 8 thousand 794 voters of my constituency.
Palak also said that I firmly believe that the people of Natore-3 (Singra) constituency have got development, services and good governance by voting for the boat symbol for the last 15 years; They will once again express their confidence and support to that boat. I believe, the people of Singra will express their gratitude to the popular leader Sheikh Hasina by casting a large number of votes from the Natore-3 constituency on January 7. The prime minister inaugurated the Sheikh Kamal IT Training and Incubation Center after the completion of the construction work for the smart youth of Singra. We have a technical training center. Technical school and college. Hi-tech Park, Knowledge Park.
Nine candidates will contest from Natore-3 Singra constituency in the 12th National Assembly elections. Zunaid Ahmed Palak got Boat Symbol (A.League), Md. Shafiqul Islam got Eagle (independent candidate), Md. Anishur Rahman Plough (Jatiya Party), Md. Mizanur Rahman got hammer (Bangladesh Workers Party), Md. Anwar Hossain got Kula symbol (Bikalpdhara Bangladesh), Abul Kalam Azad got Sonali Ansh symbol (Trinamool BNP), Md. Amirul Islam got Coconut as his electoralsymbol (Bangladesh Congress), Md. Altaf Hossain got flower garland (Tarikat Federation- BTF) and Md. Abdullah Al Mamun has been allotted truck (independent candidate).
